## Process

01. **Discovery** (Consultation). Understand the vision, the constraints, and the actual problem being solved, which is often different from the problem as first described. Alignment is earned, not assumed.
02. **Planning** (Scoping). Translate discovery into a concrete plan: architecture, stack, timeline, sprint structure, the order in which value ships. No black boxes, no 'trust us' gaps.
03. **Execution** (Focused sprints). Design and engineering in lockstep, shipping value every week. Course-corrections happen in days, not months. You see real progress, not a slide deck at the end.
04. **Optimise** (Launch & track). Products don't just launch. They grow. Measure, monitor, tune, iterate. Most retainers live in this phase, where compounding returns accrue.
